Field Operations & Real Estate Program Manager


Brandi Jones serves as BAM’s  Field Operations and Real Estate Program Manager.

In her new role, Jones will manage the property maintenance and stabilization of all vacant structures and vacant lot inventory controlled by BAM. Her duties include:

Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the property maintenance operations

  • Facilitating property acquisitions and disposition and activities
  • Organizing, scheduling, recruiting, and assigning contractors
  • Reviewing and evaluating the maintenance processes

Jones has worked for Shelby County Government since September of 2020. During this time, she contributed to several COVID-related relief outreach initiatives specializing in providing immediate shelter and economic support for residences. In collaboration with Kroger, Jones conceptualized the food and necessities voucher distribution program that has served more than 400 Mid-South families.

Prior to her employment with Shelby County Government, Jones worked as a program coordinator for the Comprehensive High Impact Prevention HIV Education and Awareness grant at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, where she promoted education and awareness.
