BIOGRAPHY

Louisa Yanes is an associate broker at Crye-Leike Commercial. Prior to Crye-Leike, she worked for Whitney Management Corporation, where she managed an $80 million portfolio of both low-income tax credit and conventional multi-family properties.

Before moving to Memphis, she was the Executive Director of the Alaska Farmland Trust. She worked with farmers throughout the state to protect farmland through conservation easements and develop specific management plans for these parcels.

Louisa is a member of the Memphis ULI chapter and recently completed the inaugural ULI REDi program. Louisa graduated from Vermont Law School in 2010 with a dual J.D. and masters in environmental policy.
